COME, JOIN OUR TEAM

At RiskBoard.org, our Council Managers work in tandem with our Moderators in order to ensure a fantastic experience for each member in their assigned Council. We are looking for Council Managers with strong customer service focus, incredible attention to detail, strong communication and people skills. A great Council Manager is always thinking of ways to improve the member experience and implement those improvements. Understanding that the success of RiskBoard.org comes from member engagement, an effective Council Manager is constantly looking for ways to increase engagement.

Member service is the key responsibility of our Council Managers.  Member satisfaction is supported through the prompt, exceptional customer service the Council Managers provide.  In order to provide the best customer service, the Council Managers make it a point to know their Council members’ needs, motivations, and possible barriers to participation.

For our Council Managers, community management includes screening of potential members, on-boarding new members, encouraging membership, participating and engagement, encouraging attendance of the quarterly meetings, and managing the membership renewal process.  Our Council Managers also drive community culture by finding and implementing ways to build pride in membership and assisting in connecting members.

The entire RiskBoard.org team works together to construct the quarterly meetings.  Our Council Managers help ensure that the quarterly meetings exceed members’ expectations as the most focused, innovative, dynamic, relevant, timely and value-driven conference experience they have ever had.

Renewal management is the responsibility of ours Council Managers who track renewal data, identify members at-risk of non-renewal, and create and implement member retention plans.
